About the Role :
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience , including a strong background in labor and employment law . You'll manage cases from inception through resolution, working both independently and alongside seasoned attorneys.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and client correspondence
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Advise clients on employment-related issues, compliance, and dispute resolution
Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to client development initiatives
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license (required)
4-6 years of litigation experience , preferably in labor & employment law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong academic credentials and a stable professional track record
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
