Labor and Employment Associate Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, including advising on wage and hour compliance, handling administrative actions, and assisting with employment litigation and arbitration.Prior knowledge of federal labor and employment laws (FLSA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)Provide counsel on wage and hour compliance and represent clients in employment litigation.Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
