Position : Security Professional - Unarmed Residential Patrol
Location : Beverly Hills, CA
Position Type : Full Time
Pay Rate : $21.50 / Hour

Scheduled shifts are listed in the table below and include overnight and weekend coverage as part of a rotating schedule.
What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential community.Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity.Monitor entrances, common areas, and amenities to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.Document and report any incidents, maintenance needs, or unusual activities observed during patrols to Allied Universal management and / or designated site contacts.Assist residents and visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries as appropriate.Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to the community.What We're Looking For

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Must be at least 21 years of age.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control or badge experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us
