Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a supply chain planner to join their team. As a supply chain planner, you will be part of the fulfillment department supporting the supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Overland Park, KS

Hours : 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm

What's the Job?

Manage and validate customer orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing

Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize delivery schedules and resolve backorder issues

Analyze open order reports, monitor system integrity, and ensure adherence to SLAs

Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel managers, logistics, and allocation planning teams

Identify root causes of process failures and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency

What's Needed?

1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields

Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivots, and data analysis

Understanding of supply chain systems and structures, preferably SAP ECC or Oracle Fusion

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
