SECURITY GUARDS - RETAIL

PAY RATE : $21.69 PER HOUR

FULL TIME

The Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for protecting company assets through the prevention of theft, fraud, and safety violations. This role involves monitoring store activity, identifying suspicious behavior, and collaborating with store leadership to reduce shrink and ensure a secure environment for customers and staff.

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
