CNC Programmer

Location : Reidsville, NC

Pay : $34.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Purpose :

The CNC Fabrication & Design Specialist leads and supports machining and fabrication efforts to deliver high-quality, precise products for all customers. This role combines Solid Works CAD design, CNC programming, machine operation, and maintenance coordination while serving as a technical expert on fabrication equipment. The Specialist will troubleshoot production issues, design solutions, and ensure efficient, safe, and reliable manufacturing operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Design & CAD

• Create and modify 3D models and technical drawings in SolidWorks.
• Translate customer and engineering requirements into manufacturable parts.
• Participate in design reviews and prototype builds.
• Update and maintain BOMs using Jobscope.

Programming & Machine Operations

Maintenance & Coordination

Collaboration & Process Improvement

Education and Experience Required :

Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD / CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360)
