Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Watsonville, CA, serving students from PreK through 12th grade. This full-time contract role offers a caseload of approximately 45 students across two sites within a K-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs in a school environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' academic and functional goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct evaluations and document progress in compliance with state regulations and district policies.
• Travel between two assigned sites to deliver itinerant services efficiently.
