We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead, work alongside and develop a team of highly skilled Mechanical Engineers responsible for both design, development and project execution of proprietary, high-speed rotating machinery and machinery support systems at our Rotoflow headquarters in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role involves approximately 75% mechanical design execution and 25% leadership of a team of 9+ engineers. Travel requirements are minimal.

Rotoflow is a full-service turbomachinery OEM - providing a wide-range of new equipment solutions and aftermarket services to our customers globally.
