VP of Sales

Go Maverick Group has a client seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead their strategic marketing and sales initiatives across the Public Washroom commercial market.

This executive will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from strategy to execution, while driving new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders—especially within the architectural and design community. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in driving their growth and achieving their ambitious goals both domestically and internationally. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

Channel Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across the Public Washroom vertical
• Achieve both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives across all distribution channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Creative, Trade Marketing, and Operations to drive new product ideas and business development strategies
• Partner with supply chain and operations teams for effective forecast planning, product rollouts, and fulfillment excellence
• Work closely with brand marketing to bring innovative ideas to market and develop tradeshow strategies
