Project Manager - Electrical / Signs Construction

Location : Indianapolis, IN (Fully In-Office with Travel Throughout Indiana)

Compensation : $100,000 - $125,000

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the lead on impactful construction projects across Indiana? We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do :

Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and field crews.

Oversee utility locates and site inspections to ensure compliance and safety.

Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and mitigate risk.

Assign responsibilities, create project teams, and keep everyone on track toward objectives.

Resolve conflicts, maintain clear communication, and ensure proper documentation.

Travel to project sites across Indiana to monitor progress and ensure successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

5-7 years of experience in civil construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, estimating, bidding processes, and safety standards.

Ability to read shop drawings and plan sets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel frequently throughout Indiana.
