This opportunity is with Haskell's Government Design group, serving federal clients such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, FAA, U.S. Air Force, NAVFAC, and more. You will work on projects like command headquarters, training facilities, office buildings, housing, fitness centers, and more. We collaborate closely with clients to deliver innovative and sustainable facilities supporting sensitive, 24 / 7 missions.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing complete structural system designs for various building types of varying complexity.
• Coordinating work with other disciplines and performing interdisciplinary checks to minimize deficiencies, errors, and omissions.
• Conducting site visits and preparing reports on progress and deficiencies.
• Reviewing structural testing and inspection reports, responding to RFIs, and reviewing construction shop drawings.
• Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring design progress, and ensuring project completion within the budget.
• Leading technical efforts of junior engineers and mentoring team members within the structural discipline.
• Participating in a collaborative and professional team environment.

Physical and Environmental Requirements :

Must be able to visit various locations, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and manipulate weights of 10-50 pounds. Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and visual acuity are required. The role involves sitting, reaching, talking, and hearing.
