We are a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management and Acquisitions Firm seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Administrative, Marketing and Company-wide Assistant who can grow and contribute to a great team.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, success-driven individual who is knowledgeable in developing and implementing creative and engaging content, has strong organizational skills, is able to prioritize and is excited about doing what it takes to assist our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Brokers with execution of all marketing initiatives utilizing the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Create listing presentations (PowerPoint).
- Digital media presence management (LinkedIn, Squarespace).
- Manage, input, and update database regularly and accurately (CoStar, CREXI, LoopNet, Redicomps).
- Coordinate sign installation.
- Listing maintenance- track expirations and keeping a calendar relevant to all.
- Assist with contract drafting, prepping, and sending for signature.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop) and Canva is a plus.Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).Attention to detail.Outstanding communication, multi-tasking, and organization skills .Comfortable working both independently and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.Marketing skills - social media, print, and web basedExceptional organizational and project management abilitiesCommitment to excellenceService-based attitudeProven ability to succeedJob Type : Full-time, Hourly, 40 Hours / Week
