Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM hires
Guide hiring managers in identifying necessary skills and creatively source candidates
Build and nurture talent networks while improving the overall recruiting process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full life cycle sales recruiting in a technology environment
Firm understanding of GTM business functions
Experience recruiting for cybersecurity roles is a significant advantage
Familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent life experiences
