Location : 301 Wells Fargo Dr. Houston, TX. 77090 In Office

Compensation : $40,000$45,000 base salary + revenue-based performance bonus (total earning potential $50,000$60,000+)

About the Role

Were looking for a Bilingual Construction project Manager to take charge of contractor coordination, scheduling, and client communication across our gutter installation projects. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, organization, and keeping projects on track. Youll be the point of contact between field crews, office staff, and clientsensuring every job meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily scheduling, logistics, and performance of gutter installation crews
  • Hold contractors accountable for timelines, workmanship, and compliance with company standards
  • Lead client communication in both English & Spanish, providing updates and resolving issues
  • Maintain detailed records, reports, and scheduling tools using Excel & Google Sheets
  • Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and support company growth

    • Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Google Sheets required)
  • Proven ability to manage people, projects, and deadlines with confidence
  • Prior construction or home services experience strongly preferred (gutter experience a plus)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

    • Compensation

  • Base Salary : $40,000$45,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Revenue-Based Bonus : Strong performance can add $6,000$12,000 annually.
