Now Hiring : Restaurant Area Manager - Alabama Region
We are seeking a results-driven, hands-on Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple Popeyes locations across Alabama. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for developing people and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support a team of General Managers across multiple restaurants
Manage store-level P&Ls, identify trends, and implement action plans
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Conduct weekly GM meetings and period-end scorecard reviews
Develop leadership talent and maintain a strong internal bench
Execute new projects and company initiatives at the store level
Serve as the primary liaison between the field and upper management
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (multi-unit preferred)
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Proven experience managing financials and improving KPIs
Excellent communication, coaching, and decision-making skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel within Alabama
High school diploma or equivalent (college or hospitality / business certification a plus)
