As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking a driven, experienced Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef to join our opening team and help shape the heart of our kitchen.

About the Role :

As Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef, you will partner with the Executive Chef in leading all back-of-house operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness. Youll be instrumental in managing a high-energy kitchen during peak volume, mentoring culinary staff, and ensuring seamless execution from prep to plate.

What Youll Do :

• Support daily kitchen operations and oversee line execution with precision and passion
• Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to uphold excellence in execution, presentation, and food safety
• Help manage inventory, ordering, labor, and food cost control
• Play a key role in building a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
