Role Summary :
We are seeking a Bid Analyst to lead the proposal and bid process, ensuring competitive and high-quality submissions. This critical role on our team requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who thrives under deadlines and can manage complex documentation efficiently. The Bid Analyst will collaborate across multiple departments—including sales, procurement, and engineering—to gather necessary information and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, procurement, and proposal writing, with the ability to analyze contracts and compliance requirements. We are looking for a go-getter with a can-do attitude, passionate about continuous improvement and securing business opportunities in a growing organization. All ENC models successfully complete FTA / Altoona durability testing and all low floor models pass third-party impact crash and roof crush performance testing. All models pass a comprehensive battery of crash tests to comply with applicable FMVSS, CMVSS, DOT, EPA, ADA, and NHTSA requirements. We can also accommodate nearly any design or fuel system request and offer one of the greenest buses in the industry, the exceptional hydrogen-powered Axess-FC.
We craft our buses at a state-of-the-art 227,000 square-foot, ISO 9001 certified production facility that encompasses 17 acres in Riverside, California. ENC utilizes the latest technology including computer aided design.
