Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in design, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or branded environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; experience with CAD or SketchUp a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing spatial and visual design work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and creating inspiring member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Asset Creation : Design and manage digital assets used in studio environments, including signage, promotional graphics, class visuals, and branded content.
  • Brand Consistency : Ensure all studio designs reflect Life Time’s luxury wellness brand, maintaining consistency across locations and platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, operations, architecture, and programming teams to bring studio concepts to life from ideation through execution.
  • Trend Research & Innovation : Stay current with design, fitness, and wellness trends to continuously elevate studio aesthetics and functionality.
  • Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
