Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a motivated, driven, and client oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. This role requires strong litigation skills, client communication abilities, and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients.

• Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents and other negligence-based claims.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and other staff to develop strong case strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in our case management system.
• Qualifications
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina; must be in good standing with the Bar.
• 1+ years of experience handling personal injury matters preferred.
• Trial experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
