This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Paralegal, located in the Charlotte Metro / Rock Hill / Fort Mill area. The right candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents related to closing a real estate transaction from start to finish, including post closing.

Civil litigation experience and estate planning is a plus.

The candidate will work closely with attorneys and other personnel to ensure the smooth progression of real estate transactions from inception to completion.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in handling residential and commercial Real Estate.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• A full understanding of SoftPro closing software.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred but not required.
