Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Injury Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for adjusting complex bodily injury claims, including UM / UIM and small business claims.

As an Injury Claims Specialist, you will investigate loss details, determine legal liability, evaluate, negotiate, and adjudicate claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. You will also prioritize and manage assigned claims workload, collaborate with team members, and provide timely claims status updates.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in auto claims and injury adjusting, with advanced knowledge of contract investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and accurate adjudication of claims. They should also possess excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to exercise sound financial judgment.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years' experience in auto claims and injury adjusting.
• Advanced knowledge of auto claims contract, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and adjudication of claims.
• Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Proven investigatory, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
