Linux / SCADA administrator - Engineering Tech III (LINUX)
Location : Los Angeles CA
Duration : 6+ months contract.
Rate : USD- 60 / Hourly on C2C and Local and required F2F interview
Linux / SCADA administrator / / local candidates strongly preferred
Experience Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or general education development test (GED), and two years of accredited college or university in engineering and six years of relevant experience, two years of which must have been at the Engineering Technician II level.
- Strong knowledge of Linux
- Ability to set up and maintain infrastructure automation and management tools, satellite servers, and familiarity with SolarWinds and Sophos or other similar applications
- Develop and maintain images, and configure an operating-system deployment strategy using Linux management tools
- Perform the administration and management of Linux based SCADA Infrastructure
- Maintain software updates on Linux based controllers
- Familiarity working with virtual environments
