We are currently seeking a Property Associate to join our growing Industrial Property Management team on site in the Irvine, CA.

Supporting your team to deliver best in class service

As a Property Administrator at JLL, you will apply your commercial property management admin experience to support our industrial property management team by interacting with tenants, assisting with budgets and financial reports, reconciling A / R accounts and coding invoices, tracking certificates of insurance. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in commercial property management if you have a positive attitude, are proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the administrative needs of the team.

Estimated compensation for this position : $60,000.00 $65,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
