Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.
  • Maintain a fully engaged and high performing Personal Training / MMA team.
  • Handles member service matters, such as providing tours, explaining services, and signing members up.
  • Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties.
  • Complies with operational procedures and monitors club systems and employee performance.
  • Works the floor to assist members and encourages their involvement in private training.
  • Assists in all revenue generating activities.
  • Sells training sessions and executes an effective prospecting strategy.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives.

    • Qualifications :

  • In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques.
  • Minimum of 1 certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Experience in management / employee relations preferred.
