Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ.

Responsibilities

Our growth has created an immediate need for a Construction QA / QC Professional to assist in implementing, coordinating, training, and administering the LiRo Quality Management System (QMS) across all Business Units (which includes 1,000+ staff in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental, MEP, Resident Engineering Inspection, and Virtual Design services).  This position will be based in either our Syosset, Long Island or lower Manhattan office and will spend 50-60% of the time at field construction sites located throughout New York City.

Responsibilities :

• Manage Project Quality Programs based on client contracts and specifications.
• Provide quality support, oversight, and direction to ensure effective implementation of quality activities of active corporate projects.
• Monitor and audit Critical Projects to ensure compliance with LiRo’s QMS and Project Procedure Manuals.
• Maintain LiRo’s QMS by developing / revising LiRo standards and supporting the continuous improvement cycle.
• Lead field staff in the preparation of project, quality, and safety manuals that support the Corporate QMS.
• Provide the necessary field training to support these goals.
