Job Description

As a Security Officer - Residential Unarmed Patrol in Augusta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the location. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, interact with residents, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by observing and reporting activities, supporting access control, and communicating clearly with both residents and team members. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
