Data Wizard : Experience exporting and reviewing data from various sources to prepare for payroll processing, audits, and reviews. Timesheet Tracker : Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and reconciling timesheets for accuracy. Payroll Auditor : Skilled at reviewing, auditing, and balancing payroll to ensure complete financial transparency. Year-End Champion : Experience supporting year-end payroll processing tasks for a smooth transition. W-2 Whiz : Responsible for preparing and distributing W-2 forms accurately and efficiently. Tax Savvy : Proactive in researching tax notices and ensuring tax rates are set up and maintained accurately in ADP Workforce Now. Excel All-Star : Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel functions like V-lookups and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting. Communication Ace : Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and address any employee inquiries.
