Position Overview

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior IT Project Manager for a potential opportunity supporting a federal government client in Lakewood, CO. The selected candidate will lead, coordinate, and manage multiple initiatives across IT and program support areas, ensuring compliance with established processes and achievement of project goals. This role requires strong leadership, financial management skills, and the ability to operate in both Agile / SAFe and traditional project environments.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead and facilitate initiatives across Agile, SAFe, and traditional project environments.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and ensure timelines are met.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and integration.
• Monitor risks, identify issues, and drive resolution of roadblocks.
• Be the primary point of contact to government stakeholders
