Job Description
The Staffing Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the vendor and MNIT / MDH for all staffing and resource-related matters during the intranet migration project. This individual ensures that project teams are adequately staffed with qualified professionals, monitors performance, and coordinates with State stakeholders to address staffing needs and adjustments. The Staffing Manager also plays a supporting role in ensuring smooth change management and adoption by aligning the right resources throughout the project lifecycle.
