job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupports the implementation of company programs through motivation and instruction to meet store operational and organizational objectives Setting goals for the MOD Squad, developing organizational capability and delivering the MOD commitment Holds MOD Squad Members accountable for delivering quality product and customer service Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates the responsibilities and practices for the MOD Squad to ensure operational success Manages with integrity, honesty, and respect that promote the culture, core-mission, and values of MOD Responsible for the creation of schedules that meet the needs of the business; ensuring that a great customer experience is delivered while maintaining financial responsibility Responsible for all product ordering from various vendors directly; develops food and beverage pars Maintains a calm / cool presence during peak volumes or unannounced events to uphold our goal to provide memorable customer service to all MOD patrons Direct contributor to reinforce a positive MOD Squad environment, recognizes team successes and opportunities to provide coaching and direction Constantly monitors store staffing levels to ensure MOD Squad Member development and talent to achieve and maintain store operational requirements Utilizes operational tools to plan and achieve operational excellence in their stores; labor scheduling, monthly status reports, quarterly business review, cash and inventory management Solicits customer feedback to understand customers questions, and needs of their community Directly develops and maintains positive MOD Squad Member relationships through motivation, communication, and understanding; challenges and inspires MOD Squad Members Actively oversees MOD Squad Members through conducting performance reviews, coaching, and setting clear goals to achieve organizational needs Ensures adherence to applicable wage and hour laws for MOD Squad members Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures Knowledge of customer service techniques Strong operational knowledge of customer-service oriented environment Strong leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring MOD Squad Members Interpersonal skills Team building skills and knowledge Strong decision making ability, problem solving Resource management, ensure MOD experience is delivered at all times Ability to manage multiple situations concurrently Ability to manage effectively in a superfast environment Ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively Ability to communicate needs orally and in writing Ability to work independently to manage store needs Ability to effectively handle, manage confidential and sensitive information

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Three years of progressively responsible retail experience, including two years of supervisory level experience
- Direct P / L Responsibility
- Experience analyzing financial reports and data
- Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
Primary Function
General Managers contribute to MOD’s success by leading a team of MOD Squad Members to maintain and deliver the MOD commitment for our customers. The General Manager is required to utilize discretion in managing the overall operation of their store. The majority of the time spent is supervising and directing the MOD Squad Members, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The General Manager oversees staffing decisions, hiring, training, disciplining, and uplifting their MOD Squad Members. Success is measured through managing the stores financial performance, MOD Squad morale, safety and security of their store.
As a General Manager for MOD your objective is to live, teach and demonstrate the MOD Pizza culture in all interactions.
