Job Description :

Provide technical support and resolve user or system issues promptly.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software, hardware, or lab equipment (depending on industry).

Perform data entry, testing, and analysis to support technical operations.

Document processes, update user manuals, and maintain accurate technical records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and improvement initiatives.

Conduct quality checks to ensure systems and products meet operational standards.

Monitor performance metrics and report findings to management.

Assist in training or onboarding users on new technologies, tools, or procedures.

Qualifications :

Must have a 4 year bachelor's degree in chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or other related fields

A minimum of 5 year experience in formulating water based adhesives; knowledge in paperboard and food grade packaging desirable.

Ability to aggressively attack complex problems and identify feasible or optimal solutions.

Ability to simultaneously lead or participate in multiple cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
