Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist  to join our team. This role is responsible for the technical implementation, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with D365 development, and a passion for delivering high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) using X++, C#, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, and business process flows.
• Integrate D365 with third-party systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Data Export Services.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for D365 environments.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data governance.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
