We are seeking a strong leader to help drive our enterprise data transformation forward. The Sr. Business Director - Data Transformation will lead a team of ~25 business and data analysts and take a holistic view of the data transformation to quantitatively identify successes and challenges to help shape our product roadmaps and other improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of around 25 business analysts and data analysts
• Define and measure what success looks like for our data transformation to galvanize organizational alignment and ensure clear communication to the highest enterprise level
• Identify trends in data management and data use across the company to inform product roadmaps and other improvement opportunities for our data ecosystem
• Engage with and influence senior leaders across the company to drive adoption of improvement opportunities, e.g. broader use of critical data management measures
• Partner with our product domain teams to provide reporting and analytics that support the data products and platforms that are central to our data transformation
• Build the data analysis infrastructure and approach that supports a culture of data-driven analysis among product managers

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr Business Director

New York, NY : $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr Business Director

Richmond, VA : $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr Business Director

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
