Job Description

Position Summary

The Regional Pricing Manager will be responsible for implementing global pricing policies within the Americas region while tailoring strategies to reflect local market conditions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for pricing-related matters, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and regional leadership teams. The Regional Pricing Manager will monitor pricing performance, analyze competitive trends, and ensure effective execution of pricing strategies that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement global pricing policies within the region, customizing strategies to align with local market dynamics.
• Act as the primary contact for pricing-related issues within the Americas region.
• Monitor and report on pricing performance metrics, including competitive pricing, customer feedback, and revenue trends.
• Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to execute pricing strategies effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leadership to proactively address pricing challenges.
• Communicate pricing adjustments and rationale to sales teams in a persuasive and constructive manner.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability when engaging with diverse stakeholders across the region.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $113,000 annually.

Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree / credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
