Relationship Building : Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth. Cold Calling : Call leads and set up appointments. Sales Experience : 3-5+ years of in-home and / or outside sales. Drive and Determination : Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets. Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Independence and Teamwork : Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
