Job Responsibility :

Piper Companies is seeking a UX Designer to join a leading credit union based in Mclean, VA . The Lead UX Designer will create intuitive, user-centered designs that provide exceptional user experiences. This position will be onsite in Mclean, VA!

Responsibilities of the Lead UX Designer include :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, leveraging industry best practices and staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Translate complex concepts into user-friendly and intuitive designs that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines, and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of user interface designs

Salary Range : $130,000 - $140,000
