Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, as a Production Planner you will support the development of a daily production build schedule that meets the company's safety, quality, delivery and inventory objectives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Uses discretion to respond to safety situations within the office and production floor environment.
• Supports company quality policy to achieve company objectives :

Responds timely, understands the impact and works to minimize the negative impact of quality redlights, production, and shipping holds

Reviews and ensures accuracy of the daily production signal to the manufacturing floor in order to meet the company's service level objectives :

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $58,000-$62,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
