Events and Communication Specialist Job at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma Ci

Support the College of Osteopathic Medicines enrollment management goals by coordinating communication, marketing, and outreach efforts to prospective students, college faculty and advisors, and other internal and external constituents.

This position involves developing and implementing outreach programs, including email, direct mail, phone, and social media campaigns. The role requires tracking communication efforts within the office's database system, maintaining publication inventories, coordinating mass mailings, and creating marketing strategies and content for various platforms.

Additional responsibilities include representing the College at recruitment and student events, assisting with special initiatives, and performing other professional duties as assigned. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Planning / Management, or related field (degree must be conferred by the start date).
• Experience in communications, event planning, or related areas.
• Valid Driver's License.
