Job Description

We are seeking a strategic thinker and consultant with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Finance transformation lead engagements across business process assessment, technology strategy, organizational readiness, and software implementation advisory. This role is ideal for someone who wants to apply their ERP and Finance transformation project experience to a broader strategic context, helping clients navigate complex decisions, align technology with mission, and drive meaningful change. This is not an implementer role; it is about shaping the vision and guiding the journey. Your ERP and HCM experience is valued, but your broader strategic thinking and ability to cultivate strong client relationships are what drive success.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Engagements : Deliver high-impact strategy projects across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design.
• Guide ERP Readiness and Advisory : Conduct assessments, develop roadmaps, and advise clients on ERP-related decisions within broader transformation efforts.
• Shape Client Strategy : Collaborate with executives to define vision, evaluate options, and align technology investments with mission outcomes.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment : Lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to surface priorities and build consensus.
• Collaborate Across Practices : Partner with delivery teams in ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics to ensure strategic coherence.
• Contribute to Practice Growth : Support methodology development, thought leadership, and internal capability building.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $150,000 - $175,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
