Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Liquid Formulation Associate to join our e-liquid production team. This role is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, mixing, and documenting raw materials to create consistent and high-quality e-liquid products. The Liquid Formulation Associate plays a key part in ensuring product quality, compliance with good manufacturing practices, and safe operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients (nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, and flavor concentrates) according to master batch records and company recipes.
• Set up, operate, and clean mixing tanks, pumps, scales, and related equipment following established GMP procedures.
• Perform line clearance, process checks, and in-process quality control testing to verify accuracy and consistency of formulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely production records, including batch documentation, ingredient traceability, and equipment logs.
• Ensure all raw materials and chemicals are stored, labeled, and handled according to safety and GMP requirements.
• Conduct daily scale and equipment calibration checks and document results.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized in compliance with safety and 6S programs.
• Monitor supplies (weigh boats, gloves, PPE, etc.) and notify the supervisor when restocking is required.
• Follow and enforce all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE when handling concentrated or hazardous materials.
• Actively participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor to support production goals.
