Job Description :
The purpose of the Technician role is to install and monitor cost efficient technical and maintenance activities in our Service Delivery environment that meet both, our user's requirements and their business needs.
Typical Interfaces Engineers, Line Management, Project Management, Local Facility Management Organization, ARP / ASP / 3rd Party Providers, Asset Management Tools & Resources Client Project Place (EPP), Client Collaboration (Client Coll), Client Doc (document management), Snitcher, GORDON, Microsoft Lync, Front Office support phone & outlook, Change and Capacity Manager (CCM tool, read access), Request Tracker (RTT), Vendor agreements documents (support & licenses), SAM Web (used for search of HW), Visual collaboration tools (whiteboards, notes e.g.; used for agile ways of working), Tools and processes for monitoring Behavioral Competences
