FSQA Document Compliance Coordinator

GGG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain food safety and quality documentation practices. The FSQA Coordinator will support the maintenance of our food safety programs, ensuring compliance with third-party and internal requirements. Responsibilities include but not limited to : Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete and up to date. Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements. Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up to date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements. Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains. Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed. Skills / Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field 0-2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or an administrative support role Thorough attention to detail with high level of accuracy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of quality management systems such as TraceGains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and Share-ify is a plus Salary : $46,400 - $69,600 annually.
