Qualities :

Have CPA.

7+ years related experience.

Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as basic knowledge of operating systems.

This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, with responsibilities ranging from client relationship management and engagement planning to overseeing completion and billing processes. It also includes mentoring and supervising team members, while contributing to broader organizational initiatives.

The position plays a key part in guiding teams and aligning resources to ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the course of audit engagements. Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge in accounting and auditing standards, along with solid research and analytical capabilities.
