DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with diverse customer groups to thoroughly understand and document business needs, ensuring alignment with digital transformation objectives.
• Create and maintain detailed business architecture diagrams, including value stream, context, and process flow diagrams.
• Facilitate effective discussions and decision-making sessions with stakeholders at all organizational levels to optimize business value and customer experience.
• Champion and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis best practices within the organization.
• Document and translate business and functional requirements using industry-leading tools and methodologies.
• Support the implementation of business solutions by providing clear and actionable documentation to technical and non-technical teams.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and transparency in all project engagements.
