Digital Media Planner – Revision Skincare
In this role, you will partner with internal and external teams and agencies to support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns. You will work closely with strategy, creative, brand, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life through digital, social and retail media environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing paid media strategies that align with brand objectives, target audience insights, and budget allocations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop strategies across various channels, including paid social, influencers, online advertising, online video, paid search, as well as retail media via search and DSP.
- Develops briefs that prioritize messaging, imagery, and ad goals. Proof creative and route for internal approvals, including Legal when necessary.
- Ensure channel leads, web team and agency partners are aligned to ensure appropriate media, web and POS functionality are in place for participating franchisees.
- Partner with outside agency for execution of campaigns.
- Support ad-hoc marketing requests and management of local store marketing platform. This includes strategic, creative and messaging approval.
- Actively monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, delivery, and performance - making recommendations for optimizations.
- Partner with analytics teams to QC and interpret performance data and contribute to campaign KPI development, reporting.
- Develop and Implement A / B testing on applicable media channels and manage testing schedules and optimizations.
- Stay up to date on paid media trends and innovations, researching and developing POVs as needed.
- Support internal teams in preparing presentations.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in paid media planning, buying or strategy - preferably in a retail or agency setting.Familiarity with key digital platforms and Ad Managers (e.g., Amazon, TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, DSPs).Excels in fast paced environment with proven success collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Performance driven with analytical mindset and proven experience in tracking performance. Working knowledge of tracking methodologies, such as UTM parameters and pixels a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.Demonstrate creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and resourcefulness to help meet ambitious growth goalsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, preferred.
