Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose : Engage with Sales Representatives and Retailers to ensure timely and exceptional customer service. Responsible for inventory management, including stock balance and returns, as it relates to merchandise processing. Oversee and coordinate digital assets for brands. Assist with all account management and marketing requests.

Guide new accounts through onboarding and build strong relationships with existing accounts to promote sales growth.

Essential Job Functions :

1.    Exceptional organization skills to easily pivot between phone, email and ongoing projects.

2.    Create sales presentations & show books.

3.    Analytical mindset – know your way around a spreadsheet or dashboard.

4.    Coordinate to prep for shows.

5.    Pack and ship market material to shows.

6.    Manage digital assets to share with team members and customers.

7.    Communicate and problem solve issues with Retailers as needed.

8.    Work closely with and support Paris Sales Managers.
