What You'll Do in this Accounting Office Manager role :
Accounting & Finance : Manage banking, billing, AP / AR, partner distributions, and financial reporting. Support tax prep, insurance, leases, and strategic planning. Maintain and improve accounting processes and mentor junior staffHuman Resources : Onboard new employees and manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. Maintain HR documentation and update office policiesAdditional : ERP system for projects, vendors, and reporting. Oversee timesheets, expenses, PTOAdditional duties as assigned.Preferred Experience of the Accounting-Office Manager;
