Senior Finance Analyst -BI Reporting

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst with strong Business Intelligence (BI) and BusinessObjects (BO) skills, combined with a solid foundation in accounting principles. This role will bridge the gap between finance and technology, ensuring the delivery of accurate, insightful, and timely financial reports to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI and BO dashboards, reports, and data models for financial reporting.

Experience in accounting lending a hand and foundation to the financial reporting.

Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable BI / BO solutions.

Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems by reconciling BI / BO data with accounting records.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Identify process improvement opportunities taking manual processes and automating the financial data gathering, reporting, and visualization.

Assist in the integration of new data sources and tools to enhance financial reporting capabilities.

Maintain compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant accounting standards. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

4+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, with at least 2 years of hands-on BI / BO experience.

Strong proficiency in JD Edwards, HFM, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a must.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
