The Mid-Level Gift Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of current and prospective mid-level members (defined as $750-$2,499), including cultivation, solicitation, and strategy as well as stewardship and data analysis.

Purpose

To expand donor capacity, engagement, and philanthropy, the Mid-Level Gift Officer creates opportunities for donors and prospects to become engaged with KUT and KUTX's mission and to learn about organizational programs that align with their giving interests.

Responsibilities

• Manages a tiered portfolio of 400-700 current and prospective mid-level members with planned touch points and timely solicitations, with a premium placed on donor retention and increased giving.
• Develop relationships with prospective and current mid-level members using multiple channels, including phone, email, personal mail, Zoom and face-to-face meetings, when appropriate, while also engaging donors through consistent stewardship and active cultivation to increase member support, achieve revenue goals and enhance the member experience.

Salary Range

$72,000+ Annually

Working Conditions

May work around standard office conditions. Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation. Use of manual dexterity. Moving equipment, supplies, furniture in the course of day-to-day operations. Occasional travel may be required. Work hours may vary to include additional working hours during peak periods. This position may require working on evenings, some weekends and holidays. Final candidate will be required to pass a background check prior to starting employment.
