Demonstrate service packages with technical fluency, spotlighting ROI for customers and resolving objections in real time.

Qualify leads by analyzing customer needs against Frontier’s service maps, converting pain points into upgrade opportunities.

Support the sales team by pre-qualifying customers and seamlessly transitioning interested individuals to complete the sign-up process for new accounts.
